Pepito Manaloto is a Filipino comedy-drama TV series produced by GMA Network. The show stars Michael V. in the lead role of Pepito Manaloto, a former poor man who became rich overnight after winning the lottery. The cast also includes Manilyn Reynes as Elena Manaloto, Pepito's wife, and Ronnie Henares as Tommy Diones, his best friend.
The other cast members include Carmina Villarroel as Clarissa Manaloto, Pepito's sister-in-law; Jake Vargas as Chito Manaloto, Pepito's son; Nova Villa as Patricia Manaloto, Pepito's mother; Buster Keaton as Roger Delfin, Pepito's nemesis; and John Feir as Dino Manaloto, Pepito's brother.
The show has also featured various guest stars throughout its run, including veteran actors and comedians such as Eddie Garcia, Joey de Leon, and Vic Sotto.
